web site at this time. Instead, please contact us at
(510) 690-8260 to obtain your
invoice number before returning to make the payment. Without the invoice
number we cannot credit your account with the payment you make on this site,
which would result in a significant delay in processing your payment.
Per City of Richmond Master Fee Schedule, there is a non-refundable external
service fee of 2.95% charged for each credit/debit card transaction, with a
minimum fee of $2 per transaction.
