There are currently over 300 parents and 1,800 siblings under the auspices of Avi Fishoff, who provides guidance and assistance to parents whose children are struggling with life threatening challenges such as alcohol and drug addiction, depression, suicidal ideation, and many other extreme pikuach nefesh challenges.
