NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT (60 MIN): The visit will include a health history review and a physical examination. X-rays may be performed if clinically indicated and you will receive treatment during your appointment. We accept most health insurances and automobile insurances. Your out of pocket cost depends on your specific plan. Please call our office if you have any questions or would like to schedule by phone. Our clinic policy requires a credit card on file to secure your appointment. We charge a $100 fee ONLY for no-shows or same day cancellations. Some exceptions may be made.
